Create a Shout Juju Charm

I've just read your blogpost and https://juju.ubuntu.com/docs/. And I also tested the sandbox on https://jujucharms.com/. I must say, it looks really cool! I will try it when I have the time.

I would definitely want to add Shout to Juju - if it's not too much of a hassle to keep it up to date.

And another thing: I'm currently working on the documentation: http://shout-irc.com/docs, and as you can see, I've just added a "Juju" section.

If you would help me out, I'd really appreciate it!
