On mobile, channel name must be clicked twice to switch channels #550

On mobile (iOS 9.1), the first tap on a channel name in the sidebar highlights it and you have to tap again to actually switch to it.

Desired behavior: tapping the channel name on mobile should behave like clicking on desktop, with an immediate switch to that channel.

This is not an issue with Chrome on Android.
