Whe inputing data in csv format without column headers the first row gets recognized as a header or the pipeline crashes

Add a warning that .csv files must have a header or automate recognition of existing headers

A warning and a notice in the docs should suffice

I think the best will be to automatically recognize that there is no header during "setup". Do you have the problem at "train", "predict" or both?

I have noticed this at predict time (haven't tested training yet but I imagine it would be the same?).

Without headers, the columns are still correctly identified but the first row is no longer included in the results (presumably because it was read during header detection and then discarded).
