Tests + continuous integration [sf#27]

Include tests for new features and create continous integration hooks in the repo for testing before pushing (or do it automatically)

I changed a bit Jenkins configuration. Currently there are two separate builds.

Jenkins for gsoc project is no longer in use. I'll probably make something different for further development.
