Exported submissions include a 'Submitted On' Field

What is the feature?

Sometimes you start exporting submissions while they are still open. If the same runner submits another run this messes up the order of the exported csv and it is completely different from the previous one. If the exported submissions include a 'Submitted On' timestamp you could simply sort by this timestamp and you wouldn't have to fix your sheets.

Describe the feature

Simply include a 'Submitted On' timestamp in exported submissions.

Note to dev: the submission date of a game/category is currently not tracked. it would need to be tracked for all categories that are submitted
