Currently writing image data isn't supported. Writing bitmap image data should be implemented by all VectorGraphics2D implementations.

r40 adds image support to EPS and SVG.

r48 adds image support for PDF, so all formats support images now.

Tested with Adobe Acrobat 9.0, Adobe Reader 9.3, Okular 4.5.4, and Ghostscript 8.71.
