Write Protected Error

I keep get the write protected error? I closed the program re-opened with "run as administrator" multiple times and this isn't fixing the issue? Please assist in anyway you can.

widnows is sometime stupid about some folders that it deems vital to system and write protects them, try placing it in like c:/games/harvestvendor or something like that, places like a folder directyl on c, user/documents and so can be write protected by default
