to support ts, you can install @typescript-eslint/parser, and config parser: '@typescript-eslint/parser'

@typescript-eslint/parser is not maintained by eslint team. if you think it is a bug, please fill an issue in https://github.com/typescript-eslint/typescript-eslint. 😄
