History functionality in espaces doesn't seem quite right

We suspect that the spacelab theme doesn't support the 'History' functionality properly.

I've tidied up the main history page to fit in with Bootstrap styling, but the underlying '@@history' view (revision comparison) requires more attention (and has revealed a JavaScript error in Plone's core). This will need reporting/fixing upstream.
