I am using LAN8720 PHY chip, attached is sdkconfig and partition info，see ota_fail_log.txt.

using native ota function log. @suda-morris

if I revert idf version to v3.1, ota will be ok.
If I using WiFi also ota will be ok.
Only fail latest version + ETH.

Component config->Ethernet->Enable copy between Layer2 and Layer3 ?
