Add object validations

Each workflow component (configurations, scenarios, individuals, model parameters etc...) should have a private method to check themselves against other components of the project.

For example:

• Does Indiv 1 defined in a scenario is actually defined in Individuals ?
• Does parameter path A actually exists in the model ?
