Related to #1.

Errors related to schema structure are not displayed in the UI because currently only errors related to columns are handled.

I don't think we need this, at least not user-facing. We should be able to produce a file that does not generate any non-columns errors.

The only error we probably need to handle is duplicate lines, and we can check them in Javascript.

Everything else should be handled automagically and transparently:

  • encoding
  • column names
