you can't encode something like "=" to "%3D". if you have to , please add a option for user. Ask first. some cookie value not need encode.This is the third request.

next version will provide an option to disable encode. Happy now? I can't stress enough that the cookie value should not contain '=' as it's againts Netscape cookie_spec and RFC2965 standars
