Log N Notifications and Notifications appearing twice in Options #1484

On top of both appearing in the options, they don't even appear to share the same count. One of them is currently set to 20, and the other is set to 50. This stays the same as either is changed, if I move the one set at 20 to 50, the one set at 50 moves to 100.
