Easiest implementation: Add "" to index.html and the user can enhance this file.

The Problem is that this requires dynamicly generated html and I don't want to do that. One possiblity would be to load that via /minified/pad.js, but thats ugly

The latest master has a custom folder in static. In this folder are files that allows you to add your own css/js
