#chatbottom is overlapping list line

As of v1.1 the last line in any Etherpad chat that is long than the window's height (ie. #padchat has a scrollbar), is being overlapped with the chat input.

Cause is that the offset from the bottom is 22px, the height of the bottom is also 22px but has a 4px padding.

In CSS the box model counts padding in addition to the dimensions, so this bottom is in fact (22px + top:4;bottom:4) 30px in height.

either remove the padding: 4px or change 22px offset to 30px.
