• Adding a section of 'Motivation' to Meta EIP of upgrade (an update to EIP 233)
• EIP timeline documentation - to move from draft to accept.
• Document process to update or revise an existing EIP.
  (Ref: Ethereum upgrade process - EIP 2378 describes core EIP elligible for inclusion, EIP 233 defines Meta EIP for upgrade, EIP 1929 describes (core plus non-core) EIP selection process (before EIP centric model) and EIP readiness tracker. )
