Describe the bug
As a user I click on the footer links but nothing happens.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to the home page
Hover over the footer section
Click on any link in the section
Nothing happens

Expected behavior
Navigate correctly to the link when clicked.
