Describe the bug

While browsing through the translation program resources docs, I noticed an invalid discord invite link.

To reproduce

  1. Go to 'https://ethereum.org/en/contributing/translation-program/resources/#office-hours'
  2. Click on 'ethereum.org Discord ↗'
  3. See error

Expected behavior

Should redirect to Ethereum.org official discord on the #office-hours-voice channel.
