Can we discuss EIP-3855 (#387) and EIP-3860 (#388)?

@lightclient, would you mind opening an issue to track discussions on 3756, similar to #387 (perhaps just "Propose EIP-3756", without the mention of a specific fork given it can potentially be done without one). Just so we can keep track of the conversations around it. Thanks!

If the EIP-3436 discussion occurs after the one hour mark I would ask that it be bumped to the next meeting as I have a conflicting business call at the time.

General announcement, we published a post-mortem about the minority split here: https://github.com/ethereum/go-ethereum/blob/master/docs/postmortems/2021-08-22-split-postmortem.md

Just an FYI for Merge spec: adding later transaction types on consensus layer is kind of broken now, I outlined the problem and suggested solutions (no execution layer or API changes necessary with some of them) here: ethereum/consensus-specs#2608
