how can get raw transaction from pending transaction tx hash?

web3.py support get_raw_transaction(txHash) which use eth_getRawTransactinByHash method call.
I want to know ethers.js also support this.

According to https://docs.ethers.io/v5/api/providers/provider/#Provider--transaction-methods
there is no such method. I believe that web3.js also doesn't have it.

You can use the provider.send method on the JsonRpcProvider, or you can use the cookbook entry with the normal provider.getTransaction to compute it.

I tried using

    const oppTx = await provider.getTransaction(oppTxHash);
    const oppTxRaw = getRawTransaction(oppTx);

With the raw from the cookbook https://docs.ethers.io/v5/cookbook/transactions/ but I get:

Remove the gasPrice from the list.
I'm doing the following:
