[User-Story] Swarm Lightnode on Felfele mobile app

Rationale

The Felfele mobile app uses Swarm storage for storing user data and feeds to store updates. Currently all data is public because the app is using Swarm gateways. In order to be able to store private data it needs encryption and access control and that's not possible with gateways. With a light node on mobile it would be possible to use all the functionality of Swarm (including incentivisation).

User-Story

1. As a mobile developer I want to have access to all functionality of Swarm (especially BZZ, Feeds, ACT) with minimal resource usage.

2. Make sure Swarm is not storing and serving files and not relaying messages where it is not the recipient
