Yes, this is a current limitation of visbrain. GUI are not displayed when running from a console like iPython or Jupyter. Can you try to run a python script (.py) instead? |

I just tried spinning up the Sleep GUI via
from visbrain.gui import Sleep
, but besides a warning, nothing happenedwarnings.warn("VisPy is not yet compatible with matplotlib 2.2+")
Therefore, I installed an older version of
matplotlib==2.1
and Python 3.5.With this installed, not even an error message occured.
Am I missing something?
Running Windows 10 64bit using newest Anaconda, with python 3.7+ matplotlib 3.0 or 2.2, or Python 3.5 with matplotlib 2.1.
