Not starting with newest Anaconda

I just tried spinning up the Sleep GUI via
from visbrain.gui import Sleep, but besides a warning, nothing happened
warnings.warn("VisPy is not yet compatible with matplotlib 2.2+")

Therefore, I installed an older version of matplotlib==2.1 and Python 3.5.
With this installed, not even an error message occured.

Am I missing something?

Running Windows 10 64bit using newest Anaconda, with python 3.7+ matplotlib 3.0 or 2.2, or Python 3.5 with matplotlib 2.1.

Tried all consoles: jupyter, ipython and vanilla python.
Found the error:

I have to run Sleep().show(), for it to popup ;)

Yes, this is a current limitation of visbrain. GUI are not displayed when running from a console like iPython or Jupyter.

Can you try to run a python script (.py) instead?
