snmpsimd.py: Command line options documentation

Looking at the doc, I just can't find the description each command line options for the snmpsimd.py.
It would be nice to have a documentation like the one for the forwarder - http://snmplabs.com/snmpfwd/configuration/index.html

Having it when doing --help would ne handy too ;)
