Doubt with 'Where' conditional and Inner Join on select method #2

I have two doubts with select function.

How can I use a where conditional like "WHERE column_name BETWEEN value1 AND value2"?
How can I use or adapt this code in order to use multiple tables with an INNER JOIN or something like that?
