The description of the risk contains links (http://admin.oiraproject.eu/sectors/lv/latvia-test/darbs-biroja/standard/12/20/93)

In the client in the Evaluation step, the description is displayed inside a div with class "notice".

In screen.css there's a rule for "div.notice a" that sets the color to white, leading to poor readability:

I bet that div needs an extra class "message", which seems to be necessary in many places now.

Good hint, thanks! Adding class "message" leads to a blueish background and makes the text readable again.
