Can't extract if text is underlined

It's easy to get font size, or to tell if specific text is italicized, but I have found no way to determine if some text is underlined. Any pointers here would be greatly appreciated.

Have any news about this? Last try I test it gave me a PDF with some borders on divs, but cant relate those lines to text.
