all generators should support directory 'copies'

XCode allows 'copies' blocks to specify directory names, with a trailing 
slash, to copy a directory recursively. The other generators should support 
the same syntax. (see comments on http://codereview.chromium.org/660232)

make and scons are done. I don't understand the msvs project files enough to do 
those.
