Server Error in '/' Application

Hi Evan,

I installed typescript 0.8.3.1 extension with the idea of using it with durandal. You have a fantastic example so I wanted to use it. Cloned it, restored packages however is does not run. I'll investigate further but just letting you know to go through all that effort just for it not to work.
