I notice that onepage.pub doesn't use the audience field for targeting or visibility (unless I missed something). As I'm sure you know, the AP specification says:

Targets for delivery are determined by checking the ActivityStreams audience targeting; namely, the to, bto, cc, bcc, and audience fields of the activity.

I sometimes use audience to specify as:Public (for visibility, not targeting). However, onepage.pub doesn't treat these objects as publicly visible objects.

Audience is not for addressing; it's for defining the people it might be interesting to.

I won't implement this in onepage.pub. The fact that it's called out in AP is a bug.

The fact that it's called out in AP is a bug.

Is that in an AP errata somewhere?

The place I've found audience useful is for specifying as:Public, which seems consistent with your definition.
