Your tariffs are configured in the yaml? Then you can use |

I am not home very often during the day, when I am home I take the opportunity to do as much solar-excess charging as possible using the amazing EVCC. My normal target is 80% as per Tesla recommendation for my Model 3 LR battery.
However, on days that I am not home, I will let the battery slowly run down over the week, and try to top it up to as much as 35% overnight. (so that I have safe amount of battery left each morning, but allow the car battery some free space to take in solar excess when the opportunity arises!)
I have off-peak tariff which only starts from 2100 to 0700 the next morning, so naturally I would only want to charge at these hours.
Now I am not sure if there's a way for me to set EVCC to do all of the following automatically:
When we first set up the evcc.yaml, the minimum SOC was set as 35%, as below:
However, as far as I can recall, the standard behaviour would be that if the car is connected and the SOC is below the minimum SOC, it will automatically charge to this minSOC immediately. If I plug in the car at 1900 which is still peak tariff period, this behaviour is obviously undesirable!
At the moment, if I want to achieve all of the above, I would have to change the car after 2100, and change the limit to 35%, and then choose "fast"; and when I am done, I will have to manually change the mode to "solar" again.
Am I right in saying that this is the only way I could achieve my requirement in EVCC? Just want to double check that I haven't missed some other smart configuration that I could use to achieve this objective. Thanks again for this piece of fantastic open source software!
