I was charged 5 times for Flutter Europe while trying to use discount code "InteractOslo451"

Dear Eventil.com

I attended Flutter Europe in Warsaw. It was great!
When I booked my ticket I tried using the discount code "InteractOslo451", but I got this error message:

"Order processing failed. Order amount was not charged. Please check if all required fields are filled in and try again."

I tried again in total 4 times between the 13th December and 16th December 2019.
After failing to use the discount code I simply bought a full priced ticket on the 16th December 2019.

Later, I realised that had been charged for all my failed attempts with the discount code. Even though the error message said: "Order processing failed. Order amount was not charged."

x1 195.57 EUR, regular price with no discount code on 16th December.
x4 156.46 EUR, price with discount code "InteractOslo451" (20%) on 13th to 16th December.

Could you please refund the 625.84 EUR I paid extra due to the Eventil.com bug?
