List all TVM opcodes

Currently, there is a TIP-1 standards section for discussing changes to existing and suggesting new opcodes for the virtual machine. Now this section is not relevant, the existing pages need to be reworked and supplemented.

In addition, it is necessary to create a general information and interactive page of opcodes.

It is required to collect the necessary information from different sources, to determine more precise criteria for the expected result in a discussion through questions.
