Feature

Similar to how we do not show addons that are not approved to normal users, it would be nice if teams that don't contain any active addons were also not shown to regular users. Some people (for whatever reason) don't want their empty teams shown to everyone, and the only way to do that currently is to assign the team to another users.

This should probably also expand to to teams which only contain denied addons.
