Time difference (between camera and log) is required to correctly tag photos with GPS information.
This can be obtained by doing the following:
- Take a photo of http://leapsecond.com/java/gpsclock.htm
- Load the photo onto your machine
- Use exiftool to look at the 'date created' on the photo
- Compare that time to the time shown in the photo itself alongside
GPS
- If GPS time is ahead of camera time then the difference value is negative
Note: British Summer time seems to be discounted from time difference (at least for 3DR Solo logs).
