Currently, we support EMPTY in WKT, but ArchGDAL returns [0.0, 0.0], while we return []. For WKB, it's worse, as there is no fixed definition on how to represent WKB. See https://blog.cleverelephant.ca/2010/03/nothing-nada-zip-bupkus.html
