it can be a video, or text, and you can clobber Tutorial.vue with your tutorial

Ott: write about addresses: directions, street types (what is avenue court, what is SR (= state route)), etc

Should contain two components:

  • tutorial: hands-on tutorial how to use the app

  • a text document that explains more complex concepts in more detail (say, street types and such)
