Android 11 & Chrome 86 freezes when MediaStreamTrack.stop() is called #18

On Android 11, calling MediaStreamTrack.stop() causes Chrome to freeze.

A workaround is to go to multitasking, then select Chrome again and the page will advance as expected.

No known Chrome bugs found, so we created one.

Fixed in Chrome M91, released May 25th.
