Not skipping subsequent annotation rounds

In our annotation processor, we only process annotations in the first round, not the subsequent ones. After reading this, I'm wondering if this was a good thing. We shouldn't skip annotation rounds (except when processingOver is true), and it shouldn't do any bad thing if we accept rounds with empty annotations anyway.
