Add a lists_indent_on_tab setting and enable that functionality in the exelists plugin.

The 'lists' plugin fails when 'compat3x' is enabled (eXe needs it so the old 'styles' plugin works). I open a ticket in TinyMCE: tinymce/tinymce#4295

We will enable lists_indent_on_tab when that works.

The keyboard indentation is working (Chrome/FF + eXe 2.5 + TinyMCE 4).
