[NEW] Public test environment (develop branch)

We need a new dev environment for public testing.

Environment

• https://dev.pathfinder-w.space / https://www.dev.pathfinder-w.space
• SSL Certificates from https://letsencrypt.org (free)
  • Auto-Renew certificate by crontab (each week)
• HTTP/2
• Nginx v.1.9.15
• PHP v.7.0.6
• MariaDB v.10.1.13

Information

• Running current development branch
• Using SISI CREST API (make sure to be on SISI in-game for CREST CharacterLocation Endpoint testing,..)
• Database will be reset from time to time (Don´t use it for "production"!)
• Don´t expect this version to be stable! (It is a test environment) ;)

Future improvements

• in future, deployments should be automated.

Server/DB Setup should be fine. Just waiting for the new CREST keys to be published. SSO is not working for now. Ill check..
