[Feature Request] PadLock and statut Activate for a Signature

Please add the fonction "Padlock" with a icon Padlock for lock a signatures in the list.

Click on grey Padlock activate the red padlock and the fonction (and change background color?)
This will prevent the lazy delete function from deleting it.

Remove the lock, when the system is delete or the signature is delete manualy

and
add a Fonction"Activated" with a icon Ship for the statut Activated, add the date and hours in the comment of the signature.
Click on grey Ship activate the Blue Ship and the fonction (and change background color?)
This indicates that the signature has been activated with a Warp
