So this bug is not fixed either.

Ray Wang  -- I hope you are doing well. I am currently doing the reviews for Program 2 which are due tonight. I am running into an issue where I cannot find any projects to review on Expertiza. I was able to request one earlier but am unable to request a second project and it gives me this error:

I know that we're required to review at least 2 projects but I'm worried that I won't be able to meet this requirement due to this error and these reviews are due in just a few hours. Is there any fix for this? Thank you!

This was because even after a response is submitted, they were getting a new response object. This may be fixed by the fix that stopped multiple response objects from being created.

Same as #2691.

Also, some students get too many reviews to do; e.g., on assgt. 1154, six students were able to select 5 reviews each, whereas the limit was 4 (run the Review report to see this).

I suspect that this may because someone can select a second review with the first outstanding, even if they have already selected the maximum number of reviews. This is still counterintuitive, so it should be fixed.
