Currently the user can edit an existing additional field but he/she cannot insert a new one

Check country field. It seems that it create an input instead of a select not able to reproduce this issue, checked with ad-hoc field and from the template

  • add additional fields
  • add template support + minimal amount of validation
  • reorder of fields
  • delete additional fields (with warning)
