"Save as" hotkey assigns no longer works

"Save image" doesn't do anything when assigned to any key other than letter keys, it used to work assigned to "insert".

To Reproduce
1.Changed the "save image" hotkey to anything other than a letter key and pressed save.
2.Reloaded the page (Also tried restarting chrome)
3.The key doesn't respond
Works when assigned to default "S" or other letter keys
Other functions work with reassigned hotkeys, "save image" is the only one that doesn't

Windows 10
Chrome Version 103.0.5060.114 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Same issue on firefox, tho, it was existing for way longer than 9 days
all keys but "S" to save works, rebinding doesn't help

Used extensions versions 1.0.166 and 1.0.194 both on with other extensions and without

Apparently, there was a button to "enable" download button in advanced settings.... not sure why that has to be the case on firefox (never did that on chrome afaik) but, oh well

The "Allow downloading images using an action key" checkbox doesn't solve the issue for me, the remapped keys still don't do anything

@KaapaTeelb Unlike Chrome, Firefox doesn't have capability to ask for the download permission at the time of download. Without download permission enabled, download will silently fail.
@Ilyas8448 Make sure to save your settings after enabling that checkbox.
