Ext.Net.AbstractDataView does not include PreserveScrollOnReload

Introduced on ExtJS 5.1.1 Ext.view.AbstractView included the preserveScrollOnReload config option (see docs here).

Ext.view.AbstractView is mapped on Ext.NET as Ext.Net.AbstractDataView, which does not include this option.

This missing property was the solution for this forum thread: Maintain GridPanel Scroll position after refresh.

The former setting that used to work in many similar situations, PreserveScrollOnRefresh does not work on the case of the thread mentioned above, although it is correctly included in Ext.NET interface.
