Ext.ux.statusbar.ValidationStatus forces scrollbar when error messages are present #1344

Reported here: 4.1 Validation status bar and vertical scroll

The error message box that is displayed upon clicking the status bar is hidden via visibility: hidden and allocates space on the web browser's canvas (at least on IE), forcing scrollbar even though the page may have a viewport trying to prevent this.

This was very likely fixed by #1488.
