Review the Draw and Charts functionality and examples

Something is not supported or doesn't work in the Draw and Charts package.

• DrawContainer: no events for Sprites. Update: added the SpriteEvents plugin and related events in the revision 6296 (trunk, 3.1.0), but it will be working with ExtJS 5.1.1 only.
• No Cursor in Sprites
• No Opacity in Gradients
• No item related events in Charts. Update: added the ChartItemEvents plugin and related events in the revision 6296 (trunk). It goes to 3.1.0.

Review the examples if something appears or is fixed.

Issue #710 fixes both MVC and WebForms examples for the Charts' Dashboard example. It uses ChartItemEvents from revision 6296.
