UPDATE: still reproducible with ExtJS 5.1.1.

Update: Allegedly it was fixed in 5.1.0.107. Must review.

As for the "safari for windows" part, it has been discontinued since ~2012, according to: https://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/68836/where-can-i-download-safari-for-windows

It is pending test using android tablet's browser.

This is not reproducible in samsung galaxy (at least as far as google chrome emulation mode is concerned) for current Ext.NET versions (4.5.0-current, with ExtJS 6.5.2).
