CommandColumn might not render commands on scroll in a GridPanel with default BufferedRendered="true" #800

Still reproducible with ExtJS 5.1.1.

It looks like a similar (same?) issue might be reproducible with a ComponentColumn instead of CommandColumn. We are not able to fix it so far. The only suggestion we have at the moment is to set BufferedRenderer="false" for a GridPanel.

One more feedback that it is reproducible.

i received reports from our PROD users that they are also getting this bug (v3.2.1). They told me if they scroll fast, it happens but if they scroll slow, it doesnt.

This was also reported on 4.x at this thread: Grid - Row Commands doesn't render for some rows when scrolling too fast.
